Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan.

Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan. Pertama, tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan sistem manajemen produksi terhadap kelayakan usaha peternakan ayam pedaging pola kemitraan dan mandiri dan kedua untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha peternakan ayam pedaging pola kemitraan dan mandiri di Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan langsung dan wawancara. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah konklusif karena menjelaskan setiap variabel untuk mendapatkan tampilan kegiatan dari sistem manajemen produksi usaha peternakan ayam pedaging terhadap analisa usaha. Kelayakan usaha peternakan ayam pedaging pola kemitraan dan mandiri di ukur dengan analisis keuangan, seperti Break Event Point Unit (BEP Unit), Break Event Point Rupiah (BEP Rupiah), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) dan Payback Periode (PP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sistem manajemen produksi terhadap analisa usaha peternakan ayam pedaging pola kemitraan dan mandiri menghasilkan pengaruh negatif ini dikarenakan sistem manajemen produksi yang masih kurang baik di peternakan ayam pedaging pola kemitraan dan mandiri tetapi masih dapat memproduksi daging yang tinggi.

This research has two goals. Research methods used in this research is a survey method. Data collected through direct observation and interviews. The design of the research is conclusive because it explains each variable to get the look of the activities of the management system of production of broiler farm business analysis effort. Feasibility of broiler farm partnership and independent patterns in size with financial analysis, such as a Break Event Point (BEP Unit) Unit, the Break Event Point Rupiah (BEP Rupiah), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) and the Payback period (PP). The results of this research show that the influence of the production management system of broiler farm business analysis patterns of partnership and independent produce negative influence is due to the production management system is still less well in broiler farms partnership and independent but can still produce meat that is high.

Feasibility of broiler farms and independent partnership in the measure of financial analysis, such as Break Event Point Unit (Unit BEP), Break Event Point Rupiah (IDR BEP), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio) and Payback Period (PP). The results of this study indicate that the influence of the production management system broiler farm business analysis and independent partnership resulted in a negative effect is due to the production management system which is still not good at broiler farms and independent partnership but still can produce high meat.
