Bahwa pencatatan Saldo Jaminan Hari Tua sampai dengan akhir tahun 2014 telah kami terbitkan, untuk itu terlampir kami sampaikan Daftar dan Rincian Saldo Jaminan Hari Tua (D/RSJHT) sampai dengan akhir tahun 2014 untuk tenaga kerja dengan penjelasan sebagai berikut:
1. Rincian Saldo Jaminan Hari Tua (RSJHT) tersebut agar dapat disampaikan kepada masing-masing tenaga kerja dan daftar kolektif Saldo Jaminan Hari Tua (DSJHT) sebagai arsip perusahaan.
2. Perhitungan saldo JHT tersebut berdasarkan atas laporan Data Upah dan Mutasi Tenaga Kerja serta Iuran yang disetorkan oleh Bapak/Ibu.
3. Kami ingatkan agar perusahaan / Badan Usaha Bapa/Ibu segera melakukan penyesuaian laporan upah sesuai dengan Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) Tahun 2015 sebesar Rp. 2.000.000,- (Dua Juta Rupiah) yang berlaku sejak januari 2015.
4. Setiap melakukan pembayaran iuran harap melaporkan rekap data upah dan mutasi tenaga kerja masuk dan keluar serta laporan perubahan upah setiap bulannya dan batas pembayaran iuran paling lambat tanggal 15 bulan berikutnya. Setiap keterlambatan iuran dikenakan sanksi 2% dari nilai iuran.
