Bahwa dari pendapatan hasil produksi pertambangan emas setelah dikurangi semua biaya, maka PIHAK PERTAMA sepakat akan memberikan sharing profit sebesar 12% (dua belas persen) dari keuntungan bersih kepada PIHAK KEDUA.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

That from the income generated gold mining production after deducting all costs, the FIRST PARTY agree will provide profit sharing of 12% (twelve percent) of the net profits to the SECOND PARTY.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

That from the revenue of gold mining production after deducting all costs, the FIRST PARTY agreed to give sharing profit of 12% (twelve percent) of net profit to the SECOND PARTY.
