Apabila SERVICE USER tidak dapat me

Apabila SERVICE USER tidak dapat menggunakan Jasa oleh karena adanya perintah dari instansi yang berwenang termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada perintah pengadilan, maka :

a. dalam jangka waktu tidak lebih dari 7 Hari Kerja sejak SERVICE USER dilarang menggunakan Jasa tersebut. SERVICE PROVIDER berkewajiban untuk, menyediakan bagi SERVICE USER segala perizinan yang diperlukan untuk menggunakan Jasa ;

b. SERVICE PROVIDER berkewaiiban mengubah atau mengganti Jasa yang tidak dapat dipergunakan oleh SERVICE USER dengan Jasa sejenis yang memiliki fungsi dan kualitas sejenis atau lebih baik dari Jasa sebelumnya yang disetujui oleh SERVICE USER;

c. atau apabila SERVICE PROVIDER gagal untuk memenuhi ketentuan ayat 2 huruf a dan atau ayat 2 huruf b tersebut di atas maka ketentuan dalam Pasal 10 akan berlaku.

SERVICE PROVIDER akan bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan atau kerugian yang diderita SERVICE USER yang disebabkan oleh pengiriman barang ke Lokasi, peralatan kerja maupun kelalaian dan atau kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan atau staff SERVICE PROVIDER dalam melaksanakan Perjanjian ini. SERVICE PROVIDER akan segera atas permintaan pertama dari SERVICE USER, melakukan segala perbaikan dan penggantian yang diperlukan untuk memulihkan fungsi dan keadaan beserta perlengkapan maupun peralatan lainnya milik SERVICE USER.

SERVICE PROVIDER berkewaiiban to modify or replace the Services that cannot be used by SERVICE users with similar Services that have similar functionality and quality or better than Services previously approved by the SERVICE USER;c. or if the SERVICE PROVIDER fails to comply with paragraph 2 letter a or the letter b paragraph 2 above, the provisions of article 10 shall apply. SERVICE PROVIDERS will be liable for damage or losses suffered by SERVICE USERS caused by the delivery of the goods to a location, work equipment or negligence and or fault committed by employees or staff of SERVICE PROVIDERS in performing this agreement. SERVICE PROVIDER will immediately upon first request from a SERVICE USER, do all repairs and replacements are needed to restore the functions and circumstances along with equipment or other equipment belonging to the SERVICE USER.

SERVICE PROVIDER will be responsible for any damage or loss suffered SERVICE USER caused by shipping the goods to the location, work equipment or omissions or errors made ​​by employees or staff SERVICE PROVIDER in implementing this Agreement.
