Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mencari

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mencari upaya yang perlu dilakukan sehingga fasilitas tersebut bisa dipergunakan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan dalam pembangunan TPST Magelang. TPST tersebut tidak digunakan sejak dibangun pada tahun 2010 dengan menelan biaya sebesar Rp. 129.930.000,-Mangkraknya kegiatan proyek tersebut merupakan potret dari proyek yang banyak terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dalam kerangka evaluasi proyek untuk menarasikan informasi dan data yang tersedia dan menganalisis permasalahan yang ada, dihasilkan pemecahan masalah dalam pemanfaatan TPST Magelang. Hasilnya adalah Pemerintah perlu dan segera mengambil langkah dalam menghindari mangkraknya hasil pembangunan TPST melalui proses pertama, menginventarisir aset yang sudah ada. Kedua, memformulasikan bentuk pemanfaatan. Ketiga apabila memang berpotensi sesuai dengan data timbulan sampah dari sisi pengelolaan bisa dilakukan dengan pilihan model Kemitraan Sektor Publik dan Sektor Swasta.
