Pengungsi Korban Gunung Kelud Mulai Terserang ISPA
Malang,Jia Xiang – Pengungsi korban erupsi Gunung Kelud mulai terserang penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan bagian atas (ISPA).

Menurut Koordinator kesehatan pengungsi di GOR Ganesha Kota Batu dr Santoso Budiarjo, Minggu, (16/2/14), yang terserang ISPA itu adalah pengungsi yang berasal dari Kecamatan Ngantang dan Kasembon, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur yang ditampung di Kota Batu.

Menurut Santoso, sejak Jumat hinga Minggu (14-16 Februari 2014) sudah ratusan pengungsi yang berobat ke Posko Kesehatan. Rata-rata mereka menderita ISPA.

"Penyebab ISPA itu rata-rata karena terpapar abu vulkanik Gunung Kelud. Sampai sekarang kondisi mereka cukup baik karena langsung mendapatkan perawatan tim medis, sehingga tidak perlu dirujuk ke rumah sakit," ujarnya.

Santoso memperkirakan, pengungsi yang terkena ISPA namun belum berobat ke Posko Kesehatan masih banyak karena dianggap sepele oleh mereka. karena itu, koordinator di tiap posko pengungsian terus melakukan koordinasi dan sosialisasi untuk upaya pencegahan.

Para koordinator itu ujar Santoso harus aktif memantau kondisi pengungsi. Bila ditemukan ada warga dengan gejala ISPA, harus segera diperiksa ke posko kesehatan.
Secara umum kondisi pengungsi di sejumlah titik penampungan di Kota Batu cukup baik, tetapi yang mereka keluhkan adalah serangan flu, batuk dan ISPA.

Saat ini yang dilakukan ujar Santoso adalah memberi bantuan kesehatan secara maksimal guna menjaga kondisinya tetap prima, terutama balita, anak-anak, lansia. Kebutuhan lain yang berusaha terus terpenuhi antara lain adalah air bersih, keperluan bayi, makanan, susu, pampers dan pakaian.

Saat ini posko di Kota Batu terus bertambah karena pengungsi yang sebelumnya ditempatkan di lokasi sementara dipindahkan ke lokasi tersebut.
Sebelumnya hanya ada di pusat kota, seperti di GOR Ganesha, Kantor Kelurahan Sisir, Pesanggrahan, Ngaglik dan beberapa gedung sekolah. Sekarang sudah sampai ke Kecamatan Junrejo dan Bumiaji dan Karangploso.

Pengungsi di sejumlah penampungan di Kecamatan Pujon juga banyak yang dipindahkan karena melebihi kapasitas. Jumlah pengungsi dari tiga kecamatan yang terkena dampak rupsi Genung Kelud, yakni Pujon, Kasembon dan Ngantang, di Kabupaten Malang. Jumlahnya lebih dari 25 ribu jiwa.
