PUIL adalah Pedoman Umum Instalasi

PUIL adalah Pedoman Umum Instalasi Listrik yang merupakan persyaratan umum instalasi listrik yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jendral Listrik dan Pengembangan Energi. PUIL ini berlaku untuk pelaksanaan instalasi listrik dengan maksud dan tujuan secara garis besar adalah untuk menjamin keselamatan dan keamanan instalasi listrik beserta perlengkapannya.
SNI adalah Standar Nasional Indonesia yang merupakan dokumen standard yang berlaku secara nasional di Indonesia yang dirumuskan oleh panitia teknis dan ditetapkan oleh Badan Standarisasi Nasioal (BSN)

PUIL is guidelines of the electrical installation which is a common electrical installation requirements issued by the Directorate General of electricity and energy development. This applies to PUIL implementing electrical installation with the intent and purpose of the outline is to ensure the safety and security of the electrical installations and their equipment. SNI is a standard National Indonesia which is a standard document that applies nationwide in Indonesia which is formulated by the Technical Committee and National Standardization Bodies defined by (BSN)
