ABSTRACT PT. PJB UBJOM Indramayu is one of Steam Power (power plant) which supply electricity to the Java Bali Power Station is 3x330 MW capacity and is believed to run the Energy Diversification Program Improvement (PPDE) 10,000 MW. PT PJB UBJOM Indramayu also not free from the risk of occupational safety and health (K3) in the form of a fire incident. Even the level of risk of fire in these companies can be categorized on the level of risk is high. The high risk of fires that constantly threaten the sustainability of the business processes in the company and the amount of damages that can be caused as a result of a fire management system requires the need for fire prevention and suppression. Although the company has implemented several safety standards or procedures, in the implementation, there are still some potential hazards that can cause a fire. If the potential of fires that arise can be identified and controlled, then the number of appearance frequency of fires can be decreased. Identification and control of potential hazards can be accomplished by using the HAZOP through perangkingan OHS Risk Assessment and Control. The results of the interview find 49 potential fire and then classified into 4 source of hazard. Based on the assessment of risk level, there is one source of hazard is rated "High", two sources of hazard are classified as "Medium" and one source of hazard are classified as "Very Low". This study resulted in recommendations for improvements in the form of dust control on the use of coal stockpile area, replacement of hydrant installation and automatic installation of additional protection for conveyor Keywords: HAZOP, OHS Risk Assessment and Control, Conveyor, Hazard.
