Apabila dalam waktu 14 hari, PEMBEL

Apabila dalam waktu 14 hari, PEMBELI tidak bersedia menanda tangani AJB, atau tidak melengkapi dokumen yang disyaratkan, atau tidak membayar biaya-biaya yang wajib dibayar, maka segala resiko karena tertundanya penandatanganan AJB tersebut menjadi beban dan tanggungan PEMBELI.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

If within 14 days, the buyer is not willing to sign the AJB, or do not complete the required documents, or did not pay the fees that must be paid, then all the risk because of the recent signing of AJB becomes a burden and expense of the buyer.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

If, within 14 days, Purchaser not willing to sign the AJB, or do not complete the required documents, or do not pay the costs that must be paid, then all the risk because of delays in the signing of the AJB is a burden and dependents BUYER.
