Penelitian ini menggunakan metode subjective workload assessment technique dan menggunakan kartu SWAT yang berjumah 27 kartu dan lembar kuisioner pembobotan kerja dengan metode non probability sampling, yaitu sampling aksidental sebanyak 7 orang responden yang termasuk petugas jaga lintasan PT KAI (Persero) DAOP 8 Surabaya Hasil dari pengurutan kartu dan pengisian kuisioner akan diolah dengan menggunakan software SWAT untuk menghasilkan hasil rescale masing – masing subjek yang digunakan untuk menganalisis tahap event scoring.
