Pembuatan cetakan dan komposit sampai pelaksanaan pengujian dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknologi Terapan Jurusan Teknik Mesin, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jember. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai pada bulan Desember 2015 sampai dengan bulan Februari 2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah hand lay up. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi variasi ukuran partikel dengan ukuran mesh 20, 40, 60, 80, 100,120, dan 150.

Manufacture of molds and composite until the implementation of testing conducted in the laboratory of applied Technology Department of mechanical engineering, Faculty of Engineering University of Jember. Implementation time research begins in December 2015 until February 2016. The method used is hand lay up. Variables used include variation in particle size with the size of the mesh 20, 40, 60, 80, 100.120, and 150.
