Saya minta maaf untuk beberapa hari

Saya minta maaf untuk beberapa hari kemarin saya tidak dapat masuk kerja dikarenakan saya masuk rumah sakit dan harus dirawat inap, Hari ini saya sudah dapat pulang kerumah tetapi saya mendapat rekomendasi untuk beristirahat sementara dirumah sesuai surat yang diberikan oleh Dokter Rumah Sakit Harum Sisma Medika.
Keterangan lainnya saya lampirkan diatas.
Akan saya usahakan untuk dapat kembali bekerja pada hari selasa tanggal 23 Februari 2016.

I apologize for some of the day yesterday I can't sign in because of work I go hospital and had to be admitted, these days I've been able to go home home but I got a recommendation to rest while at home according a letter given by the Doctors Hospital Fragrant Sisma Medika.Other information I attach above.I'll try to be back at work on Tuesday 23 February 2016.So that I can advise, thank you for at their discretion.
