Aniaya istri, politikus Demokrat di Jambi jadi tersangka

Merdeka.com - Penyidik Subdit IV Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polda Jambi, menetapkan Amin, anggota DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari sebagai tersangka dalam kasus Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT).

Selain menetapkan Amin, polisi juga menyatakan dua tersangka lainnya yakni Ahman dan Ahmadi karena ikut terlibat dalam perkara ini. Keduanya merupakan adik dari anggota dewan tersebut.

"Jadi Amin dan dua keluarganya sudah ditetapkan menjadi tersangka kasus KDRT terhadap istri anggota dewan tersebut," kata Kabid Humas Polda Jambi, ABKP Almansyah, di Jambi Minggu (8/2), seperti dilansir Antara.

Alasan penetapan tersangka ini karena sudah dianggap cukup unsur serta barang bukti dan keterangan saksi-saksi yang telah dimintai keterangannya, termasuk korban atau pelapor istri Amin, Via Dwi Ria (25). Ketiga tersangka disangkakan sesuai dengan pasal 170 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman tujuh tahun kurungan penjara.

Dari hasil penyidikan, ternyata dua orang adiknya ikut terlibat juga. Dalam hal ini penyidik langsung melakukan penahanan terhadap Aman dan Ahmadi adik dari Amin di Mapolda Jambi namun lain halnya dengan Amin, dia tidak ditahan.

"Untuk Pak Amin masih ada pengembangan dan status dan untuk pertimbangan penahanannya kita lihat besok saja," lanjut Almansyah.

Pemeriksaan terhadap Amin dan kedua adiknya dilangsungkan pada Sabtu (7/2) di ruang penyidik Subdit IV yang dimulai sekitar pukul 10.00 WIB hingga pukul 20.00 WIB.

Dalam pemeriksaan itu, Amin didampingi oleh pengacaranya dan pemeriksaan ini yang pertama terhadap politikus Partai Demokrat ini. Sebelumnya, Amin berkali-kali dua mangkir dengan alasan urusan dinas yang pertama dan kedua dengan alasan sakit.

Sebelumnya Via Dwi Ria (25), istri Amin, mengaku dianiaya setelah memergoki suaminya berduaan dengan wanita lain di rumahnya yang berlokasi di Perumahan Valencia, Mendalo, Muarojambi. Tidak sekedar berduaan, Amin tengah asik bercumbu dengan wanita yang tidak dikenalnya itu.

"Melihat itu langsung saya lempar, tapi saya langsung dikejar oleh Amin dan dianiaya dan perlakuannya itu sudah berkali-kali dianiaya terlapor hingga kasus ini dilaporkan ke polda," kata Vi Dwi Ria saat melaporkan suaminya ke Polda Jambi beberapa waktu lalu.
