Bilamana Pihak Kedua bermaksud megadakan perubahan dan penambahan atas rumah tersebut pada pasal 1 diatas, harus seijin Pihak Pertama kecuali perubahan yang tidak merubah bentuk bangunan

When the second party intends to megadakan changes and additions on the House in section 1 above, should the first Party except by the permission changes that do not change the shape of the building

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

When the Second Party intends megadakan changes and additions over the house in article 1 above, the First Party shall consent unless the changes are not changing the shape of the building
