6. Pemimpin konsorsium berkewajiban, antara lain:
• Mewakili KONSORSIUM dalam mengikuti proses lelang yang diadakan PEMBERI KERJA;
• Menyerahkan setiap dokumen yang disyaratkan oleh PEMBERI KERJA dalam proses lelang;
• Menandatangani Dokumen Prakualifikasi, Dokumen Tender dan Dokumen Kontrak serta Dokumen-dokumen lainnya yang berkaitan dengan PEKERJAAN, mengatur KONTRAK dan mengelola PEKERJAAN sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam KONTRAK.

The leader of the Consortium is obliged, among other things:• Representing the CONSORTIUM in the following auction process held EMPLOYER;• Submit any document that is required by the EMPLOYER in the auction process;• Prequalification document is Signed, the document of Tender and Contract Documents as well as other documents relating to the WORK CONTRACT, organize and manage the WORK as set forth in the contract.

• Signing the Prequalification Document, Document Tender and Contract Documents and other documents relating to JOB, organize and manage EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT as specified in the CONTRACT.
