Hasil menunjukan bahwa berpikiran terbuka memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap identifikasi organisasi (r = 0,200, p = 0,005), namun berbeda dengan variabel keadilan prosedural, dimana hubungan variabel tersebut terhadap identifikasi organisasi tidak signifikan (r = 0,123, p = 0,089). Dimana 5,3% faktor identifikasi organisasi dipengaruhi oleh perubahan keadilan prosedural dan berpikiran terbuka.
