Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) perencanaan dalam penerapan strategi reward dan punismen pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MA alhikmah langkapan srengat blitar dimulai dari membuat perangkat pembelajaran dan mempersiapkan materi yang akan diajarkan, metode pembelajaran, sumber belajar yang digunakan, menentukan tujuan pembelajaran, menentukan langkah-langkah pembelajaran, menentukan jenis penilaian yang akan diambil, menentukan alokasi waktu yang digunakan, dan menentukan atau membuat bentuk latihan/ evaluasi materi. 2) Pelaksanaan penerapan strategi reward dan punismen pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MA alhikmah langkapan srengat blitar dengan memberikan nilai dan tanda penghormatan sebagai reward bagi siswa yang aktif dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar, dan siswa disuruh untuk berdiri di depan kelas sebagai bentuk punismen yang diberikan kepada siswa. 3) Setelah diterapkan strategi reward dan punismen di MA alhikmah langkapan srengat blitar para siswa menjadi menjadi lebih termotivasi, lebih semangat, dan lebih aktif dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar. selain itu, juga kedisiplinan siswa menjadi meningkat. namun, bentuk punismen yang tidak bervariasi lama-kelamaan tidak membuat siswa takut akan hukuman tersebut tapi malah dianggap hukuman yang biasa saja, sehingga tidak memberikan efek jera.
