The results of this study are 1) planning the implementation of reward strategies and punismen on learning Arabic in MA alhikmah langkapan Srengat blitar starting from making the learning device and prepare the material that will be taught, teaching methods, learning resources are used, determine the learning objectives, define step- learning step, determine the type of assessment to be taken, specify the time allocation, and determine or make a form of exercise / evaluation material. 2) Implementation of strategy implementation reward and punismen on learning Arabic in MA alhikmah langkapan Srengat blitar by providing value and a sign of respect as a reward for students who are active in following the teaching and learning process, and students were ordered to stand in front of the class as a form punismen given to students. 3) Once implemented reward strategy and punismen in MA alhikmah langkapan Srengat blitar the students are becoming more motivated, more excitement, and more active in following the teaching and learning process. in addition, student discipline also be increased. however, punismen form which does not vary in time they do not make students afraid of the punishment but instead considered punishment mediocre, so it does not provide a deterrent effect.
