Metode yang digunakan adalah experimen Factorial Design 2x2x2 dengan jumlah sampel 22 orang. Instrumen: Tes Motor Educability, Tes Keterampilan Softball dan Tes Konsentrasi. Data dianalisis dengan rumus uji signifikansi menggunakan Uji F-Anova dan Uji t independen dengan bantuan SPSS V.20. Hasil analisis Hipotesis 1 nilai P-Value sebesar 0,99 tidak terdapat interaksi terhadap variable keterampilan softball. Hipotesis 2 nilai P-value 0,009 terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan softball. Hipotesis 3 nilai P-value sebesar 0,033terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan softball. Hipotesis 4 nilai P-value 0,115 tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Hipotesis 5 nilai P-Value 0,135 tidak terdapat interaksi terhadap variable konsentrasi. Hipotesis 6 nilai P-value 0,274 tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap konsentrasi. Hipotesis 7 nilai P-value 0,096 tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap konsentrasi, Hipotesis 8 nilai P-value 0,746 tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara terhadap konsentrasi.
