The research was distributed by difficulty in learning the skills students playing softball, research purposes i.e. to know there are interactions against variable skills softball. There is a noticeable difference in the skills of softball as a whole. Softball skills differences for students that motor educability high. Softball skills difference for students who have low educability motor. There are interaction against variable concentrations. There is a real concentration difference overall. Concentration difference for the students who have high educability motor. Concentration difference for students who have low educability motor. The methods used are Factorial Design 2x2x2-circling with a total sample of 22 people. Instruments: test Motor Educability, Softball skills test and the test concentration. Data were analyzed with the test of significance of the test using the formula F-independent t-test and Anova with the help of SPSS V. 20. The results of the analysis of Hypothesis 1 the value of the P-Value of 0.99 interactions noticeably against South softball skills. Hypothesis 2 the value P-value 0,009 there is a significant difference against the skills of softball. Hypothesis 3 the value P-value of 0, 033terdapat significant difference against softball skills. Hypothesis 4 the value P-value 0,115 there was no significant difference. Hypothesis 5 the value P-Value interactions noticeably 0,135 against variable concentrations. Hypothesis 6 value P-value 0,274 there were no significant difference against concentration. Hypothesis 7 value P-value 0,096 there is no significant difference towards concentration, 8 P-value Hypothesis value 0,746 there was no significant difference between against concentration.
