Menurut informasi signal Hp sangat sulit didapat, maka saya sampaikan beberapa hal yang harus kita lanjutkan salah satunya perihal kalibrasi PT. PHE-ONWJ yang masih berlangsung pada tanggal 13, 15 oktober 2015. Untuk koordinasi pengambilan alat kita bisa hubungi dr. Marc Amanupunjo (PHE-ONWJ) Hp: 081517502972, dan untuk pihak kalibrasi Antera bisa hubungi Yuni Hp: 081281214330 atau Jajang Hp: 085697124490. Pada saat pengambilan atau penyerahan persiapkan surat serah terima dan daftar alat PHE-ONWJ yang sudah di-copy. Periksa dengan teliti kondisi dan jenis alat-alatnya sesuai dengan PO.
