Menindaklanjuti email yang Bapak/Ib

Menindaklanjuti email yang Bapak/Ibu kirimkan perihal pemutusan berlangganan, kami informasikan untuk akhir cycling Bapak/Ibu adalah di tanggal 23 setiap bulannya dan untuk jatuh tempo tagihannya di tanggal 07 setiap bulannya, sehingga jika Bapak/Ibu mengajukan pemutusannya melalui email di tanggal 21 November 2014, kami baru dapat lakukan prosesnya di tanggal 23 Desember 2014.

Adapun perihal percepatan proses pemutusan, untuk hal ini bukan wewenang kami dan akan kami sampaikan kepada bagian terkait kami agar dapat menghubungi Bapak/Ibu untuk proses pemutusannya lebih lanjut.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

Follow up email father/mother send subject termination of subscription, we inform to end cycling father/mother is on the 23rd of each month and for the due date of the invoice in 07 every month, so if the father/mother submits pemutusannya via email on November 21, 2014, we can do the process on December 23, 2014.As for subject acceleration process termination, for it is not our authority and we will pass on to our related sections in order to contact the father/mother to further pemutusannya process.

Follow up emails that Mr / Ms send regarding termination of the subscription, we inform to the end of the cycling Father / Mother is on the 23rd of each month and for the due bill at the date of 07 every month, so if Mr / Ms filed pemutusannya via email on the date of 21 November 2014 , we can only do the process on December 23, 2014. The issue of the accelerated approval process, for it is not our concern and will be reported to the relevant section of our order to be able to contact Mr / Ms for pemutusannya process further.
