Perbaikan kerusakan terhadap bangun

Perbaikan kerusakan terhadap bangunan selama Masa Pemeliharaan dalam Pasal 9 Perjanjian ini baru dapat dilakukan oleh PENJUAL setelah pelaksanaan BAST. Perbaikan kerusakan dapat dilakukan oleh PENJUAL setelah PEMBELI terlebih dahulu mengisi formulir PPR yang disetujui oleh PARA PIHAK.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

Repair of damage to the building during Maintenance in article 9 of this agreement can be done by the seller after execution of BAST. Repair of damage can be done by the seller after the BUYER must first fill out the form PPR approved by the parties.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

Repair damage to the building during the period of maintenance under Article 9 of this Agreement will be carried out by the SELLER after the implementation of the BAST. Repair of damage can be done by the BUYER SELLER after first fill in a form approved by the PPR THE PARTIES.
