Ketua Umum Partai Gerindra Prabowo Subianto sempat menyebutkan satu per satu jajaran elite partai dan kader yang duduk di kursi terdepan pada Peringatan HUT ke-8 Partai Gerindra digelar sederhana di Kantor DPP, Ragunan, Jakarta Selatan.
Para elite partai, anggota fraksi DPR, dan kader ikut hadir. Tak terkecuali para bakal calon Gubernur DKI Jakarta yang akan diusung Gerindra. Sekitar 30 orang yang disebutkan namanya, termasuk Wakil Ketua DPR dari Fraksi Gerindra Fadli Zon, Sekjen Partai Ahmad Muzani, dan Dewan Pembina Hasyim Djojohadikusumo.
