adalah metode deskriptif eksploratif dengan analisa % mortalitas. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 perlakuan utama yaitu pembuatan ekstrak kasar Sargassum filipendula dan uji toksisitas ekstrak kasar Sargassum filipendula terhadap Anemia salina dengan metode BSLT yang terdiri dari konsentrasi 0 ppm, 62,5 ppm, 125 ppm, 250 ppm, 500 ppm dan 1000 vpm dengan menggunakan DMSO 1%. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji KLT (Knomatografi Lapis Tipis) dan uji firokimia.

The methods used is a descriptive exploratory analysis with the method of% mortality.
