Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata dan tingkat signifikansi frekuensi nafas rusa jawa (Rusa timorensis) yang ada di Lembah Universtas Gadjah Mada rata-rata frekuensi nafas tertinggi di pagi hari adalah rusa dengan nomor rusa 361 yaitu 55,20 kali/menit dan yang terendah pada rusa dengan nomor 362 yaitu 28,80 kali/menit dan rata-rata frekuensi nafas tertinggi di siang hari adalah rusa dengan nomor 361 yaitu 120,80 kali/menit dan yang terendah pada rusa dengan nomor 574 yaitu 48 kali/menit. Berdasarkan tingkat signifikansinya menunjukan bahwa secara statistika tidak terdapat perbedaan frekuensi nafas yang signifikan tiap individu rusa di pagi hari maupun di siang hari. Perlu diadakannya penilitian yang lebih lanjut terhadap frekuensi nafas Rusa timorensis
