A. LATAR BELAKANG
Peluang bisnis dalam bidang olohan makanan memang sangat menjanjikan untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang sangat besar. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengolah “UBI UNGU” menjadi Bronies yang Lezat dan digemari oleh masyarakat luas. Ubi jalar adalah bahan makanan dari jenis umbi-umbian, selain singkong, talas dan kentang yang bisa langsung diolah menjadi beragam makanan ringan yang lezat dan enak. Di Indonesia , Ubi jalar sudah sangat dikenal oleh sebagian masyarakat.Namun sayangnya, ubi jalar bukanlah jenis makanan favorit dan biasanya lebih dikenal sebagai makanan rakyat pedesaan. Padahal, ubi jalar mengandung beragam gizi yang sangat baik, bahkan jika kreatif dalam pengolahannya bisa menjadi lahan bisnis yang menguntungkan.
Pendirian usaha ini dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah ubi dengan mengolahnya menjadi “Bronies Ubi” dengan cita rasa yang khas. Sehingga dapat menjadi makanan ringan yang menyehatkan.
