KORELASI NILAI TROMBOSIT TERHADAP DERAJAT FUNGSIONAL STROKE ISKEMIK TROMBOTIK DI RSUD DR. M. HAULUSSY AMBON

ABSTRAK
Stroke merupakan salah satu sumber penyebab gangguan otak pada usia masa puncak produktif dan menempati urutan kedua penyebab kematian sesudah penyakit jantung pada sebagian besar negara di dunia. Salah satu penyebab stroke adalah terjadi penyumbatan. Trombosit berperan penting pada terjadinya stroke akibat penyumbatan atau disebut stroke iskemik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat korelasi nilai trombosit terhadap derajat fungsional stroke iskemik trombotik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan desain penelitian menggunakan metode cross sectional. Instrumen penelitian yaitu National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) kepada pasien stroke iskemik trombotik di bangsal neurologi RSUD Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon (n=35). Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian adalah nilai koefisien korelasi (ρ) untuk trombosit terhadap derajat fungsional stroke iskemik trombotik adalah 0,530 dengan nilai p = 0,001 (p < 0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan ada korelasi nilai trombosit terhadap derajat fungsional stroke iskemik trombotik.

This study aims to look at the correlation value of the degree of functional platelet thrombotic ischemic stroke. research method used was analytic observational study design using cross sectional method.research instruments, namely National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) for thrombotic ischemic stroke patients in the neurology ward dr. m. Haulussy ambon (n = 35). Data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test. research is the correlation coefficient (ρ) for the degree of functional platelet thrombotic ischemic stroke is 0.530 with p = 0,001 (p <0,05). it can be concluded that there is a correlation value of the degree of functional platelet thrombotic ischemic stroke.

Then there is a correlation can be inferred value of platelets to the degree of functional ischemic stroke trombotik.
