This research aims to analyze the success of artificial insemination and the business development strategy of dairy cows in Pacet, Mojokerto Regency, based on an analysis of the success that is composed of several indicators, among others; Non Return Rate (NRR), Service per Conception (S/C), Conception Rate (CR), Calving Rate (CvR content) and analysis of enterprise development strategy consisting of several indicators, among others; Location Quation (LQ) as well as the SWOT Matrix.
