(C) Pemberi Sewa bersedia atas penambahan luas Lahan untuk disewakan kepada Penyewa dengan Harga sewa yang sama dengan Harga Sewa yang telah disepakati di Perjanjian secara prorata.

(C) Lease Giver willing over the addition of land area for tenants with rents that are equal to the price agreed upon in the Lease Agreement are prorated.

(C) Rent willing giver of the additional land area for rent to the Tenant with the same rental price Rental price agreed in the Agreement on a prorated basis.
