Serikat buruh tercipta karena adanya komunikasi yang tidak berjalan baik dan tidak adanya keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban antara pimpinan perusahaan dengan pekerjanya (buruh). Serikat buruh berisikan pekerja-pekerja yang meminta kepastian atas upah yang adil, jam kerja yang wajar, kondisi kerja yang aman, jaminan kesehatan dan sebagainya. Tetapi banyak juga pegawai yang tidak percaya terhadap serikat buruh.

Solution
Sebenarnya serikat buruh berperan untuk melindungi hak para pekerja dan menjalin hubungan antara pimpinan perusahaan dan pekerja, karena dalam sebuah perusahaan dibutuhkan komunikasi yang baik agar dapat tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Tetapi beberapa perusahaan, manajer dan partai politik tidak setuju dengan adanya serikat buruh. Sedangkan dalam perusahaan dibutuhkan kerja sama maka dari itu hubungan komunikasi yang baik sangat dibutuhkan dan serikat buruh juga diperlukan dalam sebuah perusahaan sebagai penyampai aspirasi pekerja kepada pimpinan perusahaan. Di Indonesia banyak serikat buruh turun kejalan untuk berorasi tentang kejelasan upah, jaminan kesehatan, keselematan kerja, pekerja yang terkena PHK dan sebagainya. Itu terjadi karena tidak ada hubungan baik dan tidak adanya penyelesaian masalah antara suatu perusahaan dengan para pekerjanya. Menurut saya sebuah perusahaan harus menyediakan fasilitas yang menjadi hak untuk pekerja agar pekerja memberikan hasil yamg maksimal untuk perusahaan, tanpa memikirkan apa yang mereka takuti selama ini.







UNIT 8
System just in just time production (JIT) juga disebut produksi ramping, produksi yang tidak mempunyai stok dan produksi secara terus-menerus. JIT sangat bertentangan dengan logika Eropa dan Amerika mendorong produktivitas yang lebih besar dan mempunyai stok extra untuk menghadapi masa depan. Bagaimana perbedaan JIT dan system logika Eropa.

Solution
Kenapa system just in just time production (JIT) dan system logika Eropa bertentangan, menurut saya dalam dua system tersebut ada perbedaan dalam menjalankan pelaksanaan produksi dan fungsi system itu sendiri. Karena JIT tidak memiliki stok dan produksi secara terus menerus, JIT hanya memproduksi berproduksi terbatas jika ada pesanan dari pelanggan saja karena tidak ingin mengambil resiko untuk penyimpanan. System JIT memproduksi dalam skala kecil dan dalam waktu yang singkat. Untuk produksi JIT memerlukan kerja sama, ketelitian, perncanaan, dan tepat waktu karena dalam sebuah produksi JIT melakukan banyak kerja sama dengan subkontraktor kecil untuk penyewaan barang ataupun pengadaan bahan mentah yang akan dipakai oleh perusahaan. Sedangkan system logika Eropa melakukan produksi dalam skala besar karena system ini memiliki stok untuk masa depan untuk jangka waktu yang panjang. Sistem logika Eropa ini tidak memerlukan penyewaan subkontraktor karena mereka telat mempunyai mesin-mesin yang mendukung dalam produksi itu sendiri. Mungkin penggunaan system JIT bisa dipakai untuk produksi barang musiman yang berjangka waktu relative singkat. Sedangkan untuk system logika Eropa dipakai untuk produksi barang pokok yang mempunyai jangka waktu relative panjang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dimasa depan.

It happens because there are no good relationship and the lack of resolution of problems between a company with the workers. For the production of JIT requires cooperation, thoroughness, perncanaan, and timely because in a JIT production did a lot of working with subcontractors to hire goods or procurement of raw materials that will be used by the company. While the system logic Europe doing production on a large scale because the system has a stock for the future for a long period of time. This European system of logic does not require subcontractors hire as they have had engines that support in the production itself. Perhaps the use of JIT system can be used for the production of seasonal goods relatively short timed. As for the system of the European logic is used for the production of goods that have a relative long period of time to meet the needs in the future.
