Dalam mengatur kehidupan masyarakat

Dalam mengatur kehidupan masyarakat terdapat dua lembaga yaitu lembaga formal dan non formal. Lembaga formal yaitu Rukun Tetangga (RT) dan Rukun Warga (RW) memiliki fungsi pengaturan yang berhubungan dengan pengaturan kehidupan berwarga Negara Indonesia. Sedangkan lembaga non formal yaitu abah yang merupakan pemangku adat yaitu Bapak Ugi. Dengan adanya kedua lembaga tersebut, kehidupan dan norma yang ada dalam masyarakat kampung Ciptagelar dapat terjaga.
