caranya.
1. Anda Beli Radiator Flush di
toko, beserta coolant, anda dapat
membeli sembarang merk ada
banyak disana, ada merk dobeli,
STP, Prestone, Top1, Dan lain lain.
2. Setelah Dapat silahkan baca
terlebih dahulu instruksi
manualnya di keterangannya.
3. Setelah itu silahkan anda
menuju ke ruang mesin,
persiapkan air secukupnya. dan
buanglah air radiator di mesin
mobil anda, caranya buka sumbat
radiator dibagian bawah, biasanya dipojok paling
bawah, ada sumbat dari plastik, buka sesuai dengan
putaran mengendori Baut.
4. Setelah air Radiator keluar semua, silahkan isi
dengan air lagi sampe penuh lalu hidupkan mesin,
kira kira 5 menit. setelah itu buka tutup radiator
( awas hati hati karena panas) lalu buang kembali air
radiator tersebut. bila air radiator tersebut keruh
berwarna kecoklatan, silahkan ulangi lagi sampe air
menjadi jernih ( proses buang dan isi, ya memang
agak melelahkan, tapi itu yang harus dilakukan bila
ingin mendapat hasil terbaik)
5. Setelah
proses

selesai
maka
silahkan
isi kembali radiator beserta Cairan flush ( flushing
radiator segera dimulai ). Setelah itu penuhi radiator
dengan air, lalu tutup dan hidupkan mesin 5 - 15
menit ( tergantung dari petunjuk dari kemasan di
flush tersebut ). Setelah waktu yang ditetapkan
selesai, kemudian buang kembali air bekas flush
tersebut. ( lakukan seperti no.4, Lakukan sampai
menjadi bersih ( menurut pengalaman saya kuras
dan buang tergantung tingkat kekotoran dari kerak
radiator anda, bisa sampai 4 - 5 kali kuras )
6. Setelah menjadi bersih, jangan lupa untuk
membersihkan selang dari radiator menuju ke kotak
reservoir, bersihkan juga kotaknya dari kerak
kerak.
7. Lalu Radiator silahkan anda isi dengan Radiator
Coolant, beserta kotak reservoirnya juga.

penampungan untuk
menampung coolant
yang akan diganti. Lalu
buka tutup radiator
bagian bawah, jangan
lupa buka tutup radiator bagian atas.
2. Setelah semua air terkuras segera tutup radiator
bawah, lalu sekalian jangan lupa lepas tangki
reservoir dengan cara menariknya keatas. lalu isi
dengan coolant baru.
3. Bersihkan tangki reservoir, dan bila mau anda
bisa juga memberi cat pada petunjuk upper lever
dan lower level, agar mudah bagi kita untuk
mengetahui ketinggian air waktu dipasang dimobil.
Jangan lupa Tiup Selang penghubung dari radiator
ke tangki reservoir untuk memastikan saluran tidak
mampet.
4. Lalu isi tangki dengan coolant sebelum dipasang
( mempermudah pemasangan saja daripada diisi
setelah tangki terpasang. Anda bisa mengisinya
kemudian, terserah anda.
5. Pasang tanki ketempat semula.
6. Tutup kembali radiator dan nyalakan mesin lalu
periksa terhadap kebocoran.
