Kapabilitas sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada pengetahuan (knowledge) dan keterampilan (skill) yang akan menentukan berhasilnya seseorang menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang dibebankan kepadanya secara optimal. Masalah sumber daya manusia masih menjadi sorotan dan tumpuan bagi perusahaan untuk tetap dapat bertahan di era globalisasi.
