ABSTRACT Plant chilli (Capsicum annuum L.) is one of the commodities of horticulture crops whose fruit has nutritional value is quite high. There are many obstacles in the cultivation of pepper plants include disorders of various diseases. This research aims to study the influence of betel leaf extract to inhibit the growth of fungi S.roflsii chili peppers. This research was conducted in September and November 2015. This research was conducted in gardens and Experimental Research, Faculty of Agriculture, Fisheries and Biology, University of Bangka Belitung. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 1 factor is concentration with a level of treatment that is: control (0%), K1 (20%), K2 (40%), K3 (60%) and K4 (80%) with 3 replications, with 50 seeds per replication. The results showed betel leaf extract treatment effect that is not statistically significant for all variables were observed but gives better results compared with no treatment (control). Concentration of 20% gives a higher yield for power parameters appears airy and lowest results for the percentage of damping. Keywords: vegetable fungicide, Betel Extract, chili, S.roflsii
