ABSTRAK

Tanaman cabai (Capsicum annum L.) merupakan salah satu komoditi tanaman holtikultura yang buahnya mempunyai nilai gizi cukup tinggi. Terdapat berbagai kendala dalam budidaya tanaman cabai diantaranya adalah gangguan dari berbagai penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari pengaruh pemberian ekstrak daun sirih untuk menghambat pertumbuhan cendawan S.roflsii pada cabai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September hingga November 2015. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kebun Penelitian dan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian, Perikanan dan Biologi Universitas Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 1 faktor yaitu konsentrasi dengan taraf perlakuan yakni : kontrol (0%), K1(20%), K2(40%), K3(60%)dan K4(80%) dengan 3 kali ulangan,dengan 50 benih per ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan pemberian ekstrak daun sirih memberikan pengaruh yang tidak nyata secara statistik terhadap semua peubah yang diamati namun memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tanpa perlakuan (kontrol). Konsentrasi 20% memberikan hasil yang lebih tinggi untuk parameter daya muncul lapang dan hasil yang paling rendah untuk persentase rebah kecambah.

ABSTRACTPepper plants (Capsicum annum l.) is a fruit horticulture plant commodity has nutritional value is high enough. There are various obstacles in Chili cultivation include interference from a variety of ailments. This research aims to study the influence of betel leaf extract granting to inhibit growth of s. Boletus roflsii at chili. This research was carried out in September until November 2015. This research was conducted at the Research and experimentation of the Faculty of agriculture, fishery and biology Ubb. This study used a randomized complete design (RAL) with 1 factors i.e. concentration with adequate treatment namely: control (0%), K1 (20%), K2 (40%), K3 (60%) and K4 40 (80%) with three replicates, with 50 seeds per Deuteronomy. The results showed the treatment granting betel leaf extract gives no real influence over all variables statistically observed but it gives better results compared with no treatment (control). There are many obstacles in the cultivation of pepper plants include disorders of various diseases. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 1 factor is concentration with a level of treatment that is: control (0%), K1 (20%), K2 (40%), K3 (60%) and K4 (80%) with 3 replications, with 50 seeds per replication. The results showed betel leaf extract treatment effect that is not statistically significant for all variables were observed but gives better results compared with no treatment (control).
