Dari hasil Output korelasi parsial diatas didapat koefisien korelasi variabel kinerja guru sebesar 0,852. Sedangkan setelah variabel motivasi pelayanan, nilai koefisien korelasi menjadi -153, jadi disini terjadi penurunan korelasi setelah adanya variabel motivasi pelayanan pada kinerja guru yang dikendalikan (dibuat tetap). Jadi kesimpulannya jika motivasi pelayanan pada guru adalah sama, maka pengaruh negatif antara kinerja guru dengan kepemimpinan akan menurun.
