The value weights between 54 and ugly performance < need attentionCalculation of Irrigation system performance assessment Sub in the West has a value of Maneunteung 86,49%. Whereas the calculation of the performance assessment system of Irrigation in Eastern Maneunteung have Sub value 88,63%. Based on the value in the network then the criteria seen Irrigation Maneunteung Irrigation Network of Western and Eastern Maneunteung has excellent performance. The analysis and Test Data the respondents based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)In analysis and test data on respondents will be explained about the steps undertaken in the analysis and test data with respondents using model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as well as software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) AMOS (analysis of Moment Structures). Of the review of the literature and a framework of thought that has been described in the previous chapter, subtitles in general models of SEM regarding penilitian has 6 independent variables (Exogenous) and 1 dependent variable (Endogenous) and 3 variable results (Depend).Six independent variables in question is the physical Infrastructure (X 1 or ξ1), crop Productivity (X 2 or ξ2), means of Supporting OP (X 3 or ξ3), the Organization Implementing the human resources OP (X 4 or ξ4), documentation (X 5 or ξ5), documentation (X 6 or ξ6), while the dependent variable is the performance of irrigation systems (η) and variable results (depend) Qmax/Qmin is the index increased pertanaman (Y1), increasing crop yields (Y2), vast underserved water increases (Y3). Of the variables are arranged in the form of flowcharts. The flowchart of the next structural equations are compiled, and continued with determination technique of estimation. This technique is done gradually through the estimation model by means of the technique of measurment confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation models continued with. It is intended to look at the suitability of the model and the relationship of causality to be built.Before performed technique of estimation, conducted test data do follow a normal distribution or not by using program SPSS ver 22. If there is data on the respondents who do not follow a normal distribution of data transformation to be performed so that meet the assumption of a normal distribution.Test Data Analysis with KonfirmatoriPada tahap ini akan dilakukan analisa konfirmatori untuk menguji multidimensi dari suatu konstruk dengan variabel laten yang dimiliki. Masing-masing Analisis ini juga menguji validitas suatu konstruk teoritis. Masing-masing variabel laten yang digunakan dalam penelitian dibentuk berdasarkan konsep teoritis dengan beberapa indikator atau manifest. Analisis konfirmatori selanjutnya menguji apakah indikator-indikator tersebut merupakan indikator yang valid sebagai pengukur konstruk laten. Dengan kata lain, apakah indikator-indikator tersebut adalah mutidimensi dari suatu konstruk laten, atau bukan mutidimensi.Langkah berikutnya adalah pengujian atau analisis terhadap model SEM secara penuh. Pengujian model terhadap Structural Equation Model (SEM) dilakukan dengan dua pengujian, yaitu uji kesesuaian model dan uji signifikansi kausalitas melalui uji koefisien regresi. Model yang digunakan untuk analisis merupakan model recursive model dimana semua anak panah mempunyai satu arah tanpa putaran umpan balik, sehingga tidak dikorelasikan dengan variabel lainnya. Perhitungan analisis konfirmatori dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS AMOSTM versi 22 seperti ditunjukkan pada gambar 3.
