Apabila PEMBELI melunasi pembelian

Apabila PEMBELI melunasi pembelian tersebut melalui pinjaman bank, maka PEMBELI yang lalai membayar angsuran sebanyak 3 kali berturut-turut pada Bank, dan telah dinyatakan lalai oleh pihak bank, maka PENJUAL berhak mengambil alih.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

If the BUYER pay off the purchase through bank loans, then that buyer fails to pay the installment of as much as 3 times in a row at the Bank, and has been declared negligent by the bank, the SELLER reserves the right to take over.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

If the Purchaser to pay off the purchase through bank loans, then the BUYER who neglect to pay installments for 3 times in a row at the Bank, and has been declared derelict by the bank, then the SELLER reserves the right to take over.
