HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), atau di beberapa perusahaan juga disebut EHS, HES, SHE, K3LL (Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja dan Lindung Lingkungan), dan SSHE (Security, Safety, Health, Environment). Semua itu adalah suatu Departemen atau bagian dari Struktur Organisasi Perusahaan yang mempunyai fungsi pokok terhadap implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) mulai dari Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Penerapan dan Pengawasan serta Pelaporannya. Sementara, di Perusahaan yang mengeksploitasi Sumber Daya Alam ditambah dengan peran terhadap Lingkungan (Lindungan Lingkungan).
Membicarakan HSE bukan sekedar mengetengahkan Issue seputar Hak dan Kewajiban, tetapi juga berdasarkan Output, yaitu korelasinya terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan. Belum lagi antisipasi kecelakaan kerja apabila terjadi Kasus karena kesalahan prosedur ataupun kesalahan pekerja itu sendiri
