Direktur sebagai Pucuk Pimpinan telah memastikan komunikasi di internal PT.Armada Gema Nusantara sudah dilakukan melalui rapat rutin. Komunikasi internal dilakukan secara formal atau informal. Secara formal dilakukan melalui rapat-rapat Direksi, antar Departemen atau lingkup yang lebih kecil antar unit kerja. Sedangkan komunikasi internal secara informal dilakukan melalui papan pengumuman, surat edaran, e-mail dan lain-lain. Perusahaan juga melakukan komunikasi dengan pelanggan dan instansi terkait guna perbaikan jasa dan mutu pelayanan serta kelangsungan aktifitas perusahaan. Mekanisme semua ini telah dijelaskan dalam Prosedur Komunikasi Internal dengan nomor SMM-SOPMR-06.
