The teacher is quite skilled in learning activities by not only using conventional learning model but uses models of learning that suits the current curriculum, for example by applying active learning. Moreover sometimes teachers use instructional media with LCD projector that is facilitated by the school and props in conveying certain math materials. Resulting in meaningful learning and enhance output quality learning. It encourages researchers to conduct further research about teaching basic skills teacher at Madrasah Aliyah Country Kandat.This is the focus of the research Is a positive and significant correlation between basic skills Teaching teachers with students learning math XI results in Madrasah Aliyah Kandat Country?The purpose of this research is to know the existence of a positive and significant correlation between basic skills Teaching teachers with students learning math XI results in Madrasah Aliyah Country Kandat.This research uses a quantitative approach to the type of research korelasional.Data collection methods used: 1) tests, 2) 3 question form) documentation. Data analysis techniques used in the analysis of quantitative data with statistical calculations with measures of data coding, data transfer to computers, data cleansing, data presentation, data penganalisisan, and withdrawal of the conclusion.The results showed that based on the empirical value of r research results obtained show that there is a fairly strong positive correlation and significance of basic skills teachers teaching with learn math grade XI Madrasah Aliyah Country Kandat, Kediri Regency Kandat District school year 2014/2015. By comparison the empirical value of r with r teoritik on level of significance of 5% and 1% as follows: r0 = 0, 5, 279 < re = 0, 570 > r0 = 0.01, 361. The correlation is positive correlation which formed a quite strong, which means that the better mastery of basic skills teachers teaching teachers mathematics learning result of students then also getting better anyway.
