1) Proyeksi Antero posterior (AP)/ Postero Anterior (PA)
a. Posisi Pasien : Pasien diposisikan supine/ prone di atas meja pemeriksaan.
b. Posisi Objek : MSP (Mid Sagital Plane) tubuh berada tepat pada garis tengah meja pemeriksaan. Kedua tangan lurus di samping tubuh dan kedua kaki lurus ke bawah. Objek diatur dengan menentukan batas atas processus xypoideus dan batas bawah adalah symphisis pubis.
c. Central Point : Pada pertengahan kedua crista illiaca.
d. Central Ray : Vertikal tegak lurus terhadap kaset.
e. Eksposi :Pasien ekspirasi penuh dan tahan nafas
f. Kaset : 30 x 40 cm

Struktur yang tampak :
• Colon bagian transversum harus diutamakan terisi barium pada posisi Postero Anterior (PA) dan terisi udara pada posisi Antero Posterior (AP) dengan teknik double contrast.
• Seluruh luas usus harus tampak, termasuk flexure olic kiri, (Bontrager,2001).

E. Eksposi: Patients full expiratory breath and hold
f. Cassette: 30 x 40 cm

Structure which appears:
• Colon part of the transverse must take precedence filled barium in position postero anterior (PA) and fills the air at the position Antero Posterior (AP) with the technique of double contrast.
