Teriring salam dan doa harapan kami Bapak/Ibu, Sdra/I dimana pun berada dalam keadaan sehat menjalankan tugas dan aktivitas sehari-hari.

Bersama ini kami Pengurus Panti Asuhan Sahabat Anak Indonesia menginformasikan kepada Bapak/Ibu bahwa Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Panti Asuhan Sahabat Anak Indonesia dengan domisili kami di Jalan Sawit No. 69 Pasar I Umum Dsn XVIII Desa Kelambir lima Kebun Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang 20374 Propinsi Sumatera Utara (INDONESIA) mengasuh anak yatim dan terlantar sebanyak 70 orang.

Selanjutnya kami jelaskan bahwa Asrama panti asuhan sahabat anak Indonesia sedang dalam pembangunan, oleh demikian kami mohon kepada seluruh umat manusia dimanapun berada diwailayah dunia ini sudilah kiranya berkenan membantu kami dalam hal meringankan beban kami untuk pengasuhan anak-anak baik berupa doa, dana bahan-bahan bangunan, sembako dan lain sebagainya.

Suka dan duka silih berganti, kami hadapi sebagai akibat kekurangan kebutuhanapa anak-anak dipanti asuhan sahabat anak Indonesia, kami yakin dan percaya setelah membaca surat kami, Bapak/Ibu dan Sdra/I adalah orang diberkati Tuhan dalam hidup ini dan akan menyisihkan sebagian kecil saja kami sangat bahagia untuk diberikan kepanti asuhan untuk kebutuhan anak-anak yang kami layani dipanti asuhan sahabat anak Indonesia.

Akhir kata Kami segenap pengurus dan anak-anak panti asuhan sahabat anak Indonesia mengucapkan terimakasih dan hormat setinggitingginya atas pantisipasi Bapak/Ibu,Sdra/I kepada kami, dalam doa kepada Tuhan kami hendanya Tuhan yang dapat membalas segala kebaikan yang diberikan kepada kami.
