1. Menyiapkan peserta didik secara psikis dan fisik untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran.

1. Secara kelompok, menyimak percobaan menggunakan kancing berwarna – warni yang dapat membantu siswa memahami sifat – sifat operasi hitung yang dapat diambil dari kehidupan sehari – hari.
2. Menyimak penjelasan cara membulaykan bilangan dengan menggunakan garis bilangan kemudian melakukan diskusi mengenai cara menaksir hasil operasi hitung.

1. Secara individual, melakukan percobaan dengan menggunakan kancing berwarna.
2. Menjelaskan cara membulatkan bilangan.
3. Menyimpulkan diskusi dari hasil percobaan.
