Surat Permintaan sertifikat elektronik dan surat pernyataan persetujuan penggunaan sertifikat elektronik ditandatangani dan disampaikan oleh pengurus PKP yang bersangkutan secara langsung ke KPP tempat PKP dikukuhkan dan tidak diperkenakan untuk dikuasakan ke pihak lain.
