Lately, instant food has been widely circulated. As we know the instant food is not good for health. It spurred me to develop skills in cooking for cooking abilities that I have so far not much developed. That way, I can avoid the consumption of instant food. To have good cooking skills, there are some things I need to do, like take a cooking class, practice cooking at home, and create their own dishes.
My knowledge of foods that contain healthy nutrition is very bad. Following the cooking course is one of the solutions to overcome these problems. The cooking course can be done through online learning and participate in one of the cooking courses. The advantages of learning online cooking that saves time and costs less because we do not have to pay the cost of the course. Online cooking course can be seen from youtube and websites specifically about cooking. While the advantages of attending a cooking course in one of the courses are cooking more interesting and could ask the experts if there is something wrong. It's important for me to cook my own food because I can control what healthy foods with nutrients that many are suitable for me cook in a short time, considering I will soon face national exam which is currently the main focus of mine.
Science I get from online cooking course can be used at home. It can start by preparing breakfast for the family at the weekend. In addition to the knowledge I get from cooking course, I could also try recipes from recipe books and derivative family. I will try to practice more often in the kitchen. Practicing cooking in the kitchen can develop my skills in cooking.
After applying at home, to further deepen the cooking skills, I can try to create new menus. It can I do with combining some simple healthy ingredients that are readily available at home. By combining local and international recipes, I can enrich the recipes that I have previously mastered. Some examples that can be done is to replace the elements on the pizza with rice flour. By doing so, indirectly I mengakulturasikan local culture with foreign cultures.
Apparently there is a way and get rid of the advantages of instant food which is not healthy for the body. For example, I could train my cooking skills while making healthy meals for myself. In conclusion, take a cooking class, practice cooking at home, and make their own food menu allows me to develop my skills in cooking. Therefore, I no longer have to worry about instant foods that are now widely sold in the food industry. Furthermore, I hope that I have the ability to cook now useful for the next stage of life and not just in vain. Being healthy and have new skills looks like a win win situation, right?
