20.4. PIHAK yang menerima pemberita

20.4. PIHAK yang menerima pemberitahuan Keadaan Kahar dapat menjawab pemberitahuan Keadaan Kahar yang diatur dalam Pasal 20.3 Perjanjian, selambat-lambatnya 7 (tujuh) hari kerja setelah pemberitahuan Keadaan Kahar tersebut diterima. PARA PIHAK akan menyetujui Keadaan Kahar dengan menandatangani Berita Acara Keadaan Kahar;

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

20.4. The party receiving the notice State of Kahar can answer the notification state of Kahar which is set in article 20.3 of the agreement, not later than 7 (seven) working days after notice of the circumstances of the accepted Kahar. The Parties shall agree on the State of the Kahar by signing News Event Circumstances Kahar;

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

20.4. PARTY who receives a notice of Force Majeure can respond to the notification of Force Majeure stipulated in Article 20.3 of the Agreement, no later than seven (7) business days after notification of the Force Majeure accepted. THE PARTIES will approve the Force Majeure to sign the Minutes of Force Majeure;
