Dalam hal perbaikan tidak dapat dilakukan dan diberikan dalam waktu 1 x 24 jam maka pihak SERVICE PROVIDER wajib untuk menyelesaikan perbaikan tersebut sesuai dengan rincian Jasa dalam Lampiran 1 selambat-lambatnya 30 Hari Kerja
