Dalam perusahaan manajer tentunya dituntut untuk mengerjakan tugasnya seperti perencanaan, mengatur, mengukur, dan mengembangkannya tetapi kenyataannya manajer hanya focus terhadap inovasi untuk perusahaan, dibandingkan hubungannya dengan pegawai ataupun kualitas pegawainya, yang tentu saja jika hubungan dan kualitas antara manajer dan pegawai itu baik maka akan membantu dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Maka harus ada hubungan baik antara manajer dan pegawai, dengan cara manajer harus melakukan perhatian terhadap keadaan, kualitas, kenyamanan kerja pegawainya sendiri karena itu semua sangat penting untuk sebuah kualitas hasil pekerjaan pegawai. Disitulah manajer dituntut untuk bisa melakukan tugas-tugasnya dengan sebaik mungkin dan melakukan inovasi-inovasi baru untuk memajukan perusahaan.
