Currently there are five HR National Technical Officers (NTO) who work with government and non-government partners on needle syringe programs, behavior change (both injecting and sexual behavior), methadone maintenance therapy, and diversion, as well as contributing some technical support to the Ministry of Health's (MoH's) Strategic Use of ARV (SUFA) initiative, par- ticularly clinical mentoring for CST.
