Poliklinik adalah salah satu unit di Politeknik Negeri Jember yang mempunyai tugas utama memberikan pelayanan dan informasi kesehatan. Hasil survei sementara tentang kepuasan konsumen terhadap layanan dan fasilitas di poliklinik yang dilakukan kepada mahasiswa jurusan Teknologi Pertanian didapatkan sebagian besar menyatakan sudah puas. Secara keseluruhan jumlah rata – rata kunjungan di unit poliklinik setiap tahunnya meningkat. Baik dari kalangan karyawan, keluarga karyawan maupun mahasiswa. Berdasarkan data kunjungan poliklinik, khususnya data kunjungan mahasiswa perhari, menunjukkan peningkatan disetiap tahunnya. Namun apabila dibandingkan, prosentase jumlah mahasiswa aktif dengan yang memanfaatkan layanan kesehatan poliklinik masih realtif kecil. Melihat kedua kenyataan tersebut diatas maka penulis merasa perlu untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan yang didapatkan mahasiswa tentang pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan yang ada di poliklinik Politeknik Negeri Jember.

Clinic is one of the units in Jember State Polytechnic which has the main task of providing services and health information. The provisional results of a survey about customer satisfaction towards the services and facilities at the clinic who performed to students majoring in agricultural technology, it brings most of the States are already satisfied. Overall mean number of visits on average – unit clinic each year is increasing. Either from among the employees, the employees ' families as well as students. Clinic visits based on data, especially data visits per day, students showed an increase every year. However, when compared, a percentage of the total number of active students by utilizing health care clinics are still small realtif. See both the reality of the above, the authors feel the need to know the extent to which the knowledge obtained by students about health services and facilities existing in the polyclinic Jember State Polytechnic.

Polyclinic is one of the units at the Polytechnic of Jember which has primary responsibility to provide services and health information. The results of the survey on customer satisfaction with the services and facilities at the clinic conducted for students majoring in Agricultural Technology obtained the majority of states are satisfied.
