Pertemuan berikutnya yang diadakan pada bulan April 1947,terdiri dari wakil-wakil para ahli negara anggota,mempelajari lebih lanjut perlindungan korban-korban perang.Pertemuan atau konferensi tersebut diadakan di Jenewa.Konferensi ini menghasilkan rancangan konvensi tentang perlindungan orang sipil pada waktu perang (yang nanti merupakan bahan Konvensi Jenewa IV).Hasil konferensi tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada beberapa pemerintah yang tidak hadir pada konferensi bulan April 1947.Sebaliknya ada beberapa ahli dari beberapa negara yang pergi ke Jenewa untuk mempelajari hasil konferensi tersebut (Juni-1947).

The next meeting was held in April 1947, consisting of representatives of Member State experts, learn more about the protection of victims of war. The Conference or meeting is held in Geneva. This Conference produces a draft Convention on the protection of civilians in times of war (which later is Geneva Convention IV). The results of the Conference should be referred to some of the Governments that were not present at the Conference of April 1947. Otherwise there is some experts from several countries who went to Geneva to study the results of the Conference (June 1947).
